You will get two emails: first a link, then your new password once you open it. Open the link yourself rather than forwarding it — whoever opens it first is the one who triggers the reset.

Nothing arrives within a few minutes? Check your spam folder first, then ask in Discord — a staff member can confirm which address is on the account.
